Going to GT 22 of SEV plant observe and more understand on how the gas turbine is start and some step involve in starting the gas turbine at the E-module room guide by the operation technician (OT). Besides that, we also go to the unloading and forwarding station and learn on how to calibrate the level of fuel from the tanker before unloading it and learn some safety and precaution step when unloading the fuel oil from the tanker.
we also going to the control fluid system of steam turbine guide by technician and observe on the oil separator operating machine of lube oil system.Component of the oil separator machine are separator, control cabinet,monitoring unit and electric heater.
function of the system are:
i) dist infiltrating bearing
ii)Water infiltrating into the bearing from the gland seal.
iii)particles from erection or overhaul.
