Follow technician from mechanical department to the top on the cooling tower to help on changing the shaft of the cooling tower fan.Observe on the technician on how they adjust the alignment of the shaft which connect the electric motor to the cooling fan by by using the gauge meter.Purpose to adjust the alignment is to reduce the vibration of the shaft and make sure the shaft and the rotor of the motor is align and prevent damage of the electric motor.observe on the technician on how to inspect on the inner part of the condenser due to the leak on the inner part of the condenser and observe on the inner part of the condenser.
